Anthony's Recommendation
"I'm currently in Berlin for a few weeks, so this #NewBookTuesday is one of my favorite novels from earlier this year. Shortlisted for The Booker Prize, this short novel brilliantly captures the highs and lows of a couple of expat 'digital creatives' trying to make a bohemian life for themselves in Berlin. The only novel I've read all year that demanded a re-read. Hope you enjoy. Review coming Monday. Hands down the best novel I have read all year. The writing is beautiful and precise. Reading this novel feels like dreaming of a life you once considered but abandoned out of fear of the impractical. If you read one novel I have recommended this year, make it Perfection."
